NOT a remake. :D

I've added a new cell and it will contain all new NPCs.  The only changes I'll be making to the vanilla Vault21 is removing one wall and a static computer.  I'll then add a doorway and a load door to the new cell.  I tried doing a remake for Gomorrah and the game exploded.  Luckily I still have all of the mesh and texture assets I made for that, and they are being re-purposed for the new Vault 21 Cigar Lounge.
