[Sims 4] Kendo 2's GoGo Boots

What this does:
Adds 4 stand-alone color variations (black, red, white and pink) of tight gogo boots. The meshes are custom; new LODs, new binaries, etc.

The boots are available for female Teens, Young Adults, Adults and Elders in ALL of the outfit categories; Athletic, Everyday, Formal, Party, Sleep and so on. Occult category Aliens, Humans and Witches are supported. I did make new catalog thumbnails this time around so they are easy to spot in CAS.

Requirements:

None.

Conflicts:
None. All of the items are stand-alone.

Possible Issues:

This may not work with Mac versions of the game.

Installation:
Extract the zipped file and drop the package file into C:\Users'your name'\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods. When the game loads it should display as a non-scripted mod if you bother to look for it.

Terms:
Do not direct link the files.  Do not upload my content to other sites.
You may not use my content as part of compilations, place it behind pay walls, or do anything else crooked.
EA ‘Et al’ and you the downloader have no vetted interest in this content.

Question :

do high heels in TS4 work like in TS3 and TS2 ??  That is, they don't actually make you taller since the game shortens your legs when you wear them ??

No, they don't make the Sims taller.  I had to refit the feet and shorten them to make things look like high heels.  It isn't great but it's better than nothing.

View File Impossible Boots Victoire, Kneehigh Version
This CC is offered completely free You’re allowed to modify it in any way, shape or form imaginable; asking me for permission is not necessary I don’t take requests nor commissions Details:
Base game compatible For teen, young adult and adult femsims Enabled for naked, everyday, sleepwear, formalwear, career, outwear and validformaternity Disabled for random sims All LODs and morphs Polycount: 3690 3 color channels Will elevate young adults and adults 6 “units” above ground, 5 to teens Only available in .package format Defects:
Boots look “weird” on CAS, in-game looks fine I really, really, reaaaaaaaally tried my best to eradicate clipping in front and behind the knee, I believe that is almost the case for normal simming BUT there’s a chance it will happen on custom animations and poses Clipping behind the leg on overweight sims On the pics boots look “too wide” but that’s because the sliders I use on my femsims, slender legs should look alright Hard edges around the knee Textures are severely lacking, try to use patterns whenever you can Potential clipping with floor, chairs, beds, etc. and animation misalignment under normal simming. This can also can happen on custom animations and poses and also might cause leg/feet extreme bending (I usually don’t have problems on my game while using Passion or OKW, but I cannot guarantee yours) 3D accessories that contain morphs, like necklaces and alike from the game and other creators, might interfere with the shoes and cause severe deformation, don’t use both at the same time Notes:
Where do I start? Ah yes, fucking boots I had to remade them 3 times... Because of that and the fact I’m not really into boots I skipped the platforms version, but you can make your own if you like *wink* Or maybe combine the ones I used on the original Victoire, or even other heels, there’s enough space on the uv map, godspeed Pants with any kind of 3D volume will clip and everything but miniskirts and short shorts Just to be clear, you can use these boots on the default body, only fat sims will show clipping, on everybody else will look “fine” under normal game conditions This is an original mesh created with a combination of Metasequoia, Blender and Milkshape 3D These are probably my last pair of boots Credits:
