Unmitigated disaster and not worth pursuing. WAaaaay too much required mod Skyrim without doing half-baked bullshit. Harder than it needs to be.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I figured all of it out...and still 100% not worth pursuing.  The work in the CK alone would probably take 2 days if it's all I did, and that's just to make it compatible with the base game hairs, eyes and armors.

That's a lot of headaches for something I'd never use.
