A Norman Rockwell moment, Fallout style. This is one street of three that has NPCs wandering around with generic patrol packages. I'll be reusing this cell alot so I fleshed it out like a 'real' game town. It's basically a mod without quests or dialogue. I have two issues of the comic already completed and I'll start #3 soon. Working on background NPCs for the next comic installment. This 'Jocelynne', one of Vanessa's friends who owns a boutique. I think she looks fucking formidable. And this is a waitress where Lizzy works. She serves more as a foil and a dialogue fluffer and I doubt she'll have any major part to play, but her outfit is cool. -

Kendo 2 posted a gallery image in Fallout 3: New Vegas
So I'm making a new comic story line and this new girl 'Vanessa' is cast to be serious, cool and collected, etc. I think she's taking the role seriously. No matter what I do she just won't cheer the fuck up. I have no idea how I accomplished this permanent expression she has. Anyway I made her a new outfit and when I went to check it out in-game THAT FACE was waiting for me. At least I won't have to use console commands to make her look bored and disinterested; she comes that way out of the box.
