The mod adds several new female NPC spriggan races to the LeveledCharacter list. I chose not to completely remove the vanilla spriggans, so you'll see them both in the typical spriggan spawning areas.
Installation:
Extract the contents of the compressed file into your Skyrim folder.
You can optionally use BodySlide to generate a different body type.
