I assume it saying November pack means it's a November 2022 pack and doesn't have any outdated/incompatible .package files that cause the game to lag/freeze/crash, correct?

It should be under the first tab/image you sent a picture of, it not being there can only mean that I installed a mod that you didn't in which case I'm truly sorry but I can't help you any further. I will however attach an image to show you what it should look like when it does work/looks like for me, I'll also say it again but I don't know for sure if female body, no penis, attracted to other female Sims (using a strap-on or having one used on her) can still cause a pregnancy with those settings, maybe it'll just overwrite the penis check and a cumshot/orgasm animation can still cause a pregnancy and if not then you'd need to opt for temp. girl with a dick (up to you whether you interpret that as Futa or Shemale) or have them adopt if you don't wanna go through the entire pregnancy cycle but it sounded like you wanted a F/F couple with pregnancy enabled.

You can do that in the CAS settings where you choose gender and personality traits, there is also a switch for if this Sim can get pregnant/get others pregnant/both as well as a yes/no switch on whether a Sim has a penis or not, I don't know if you have to set penis to yes though, or if you can adjust the switches in such a way that a female with penis set to no can still cause pregnancies, biologically inaccurate but this isn't real life so it could work, best to just give it a try.

You can use DD and WW together without one conflicting with the other. Just make sure they and their requirements are using their up to date versions.

What other Mods do you have installed that (might) need to be updated, have you tried to empty your Mods folder and test run DD + the others one at a time to see when it crashes, possibly see what Mod is either incompatible with what other Mod or instantly causing the crashes?

I had the form ready, going through every step it mentioned, but surprise surprise, going through the list and installing the newer 4.1.1 was just what I needed to get the text box from appearing, the attached image isn't relevant to my reply, it more so serves the purpose to show that I did everything that was on the link you sent me to. As far as I can tell, a few requirements were outdated and I had just assumed the version I got was the only one I'd ever need. The ones listed are after updating them by the way, I just thought if after all that the error popup still shows up then I'll need some further help. I wish more mods would tell you about a new version like how Basemental Drugs does it.

I'm getting the "Exception detected in DeviousDesires 4.1" error message popup, nowhere near as frequent as the popups you helped me fix by installing the latest release of CSF at the time but this time there hasn't been a CSF update alongside the new DD version (yet?) Your Nexus upload is still the February 10th update.

Does version 4.1 not require an update for CSF? Or will its update come later as opposed to the usual release alongside a new DD update? -

Updating Custom Slider Framework (and potentially the requirements for that itself) fixed the exception errors clogging up the notification wall for me, you could give that a shot.

The same error started filling up my notification wall ever since I installed 3.9, earlier versions didn't give me any issues and like izzy I'm also overwhelmed with the long exceptions text document so I wouldn't even know how to fix the error from showing up.
