Vanessa is just 'over it'...whatever you're doing anyway

So I'm making a new comic story line and this new girl 'Vanessa' is cast to be serious, cool and collected, etc.  I think she's taking the role seriously.

No matter what I do she just won't cheer the fuck up.  I have no idea how I accomplished this permanent expression she has.  Anyway I made her a new outfit and when I went to check it out in-game THAT FACE was waiting for me.  At least I won't have to use console commands to make her look bored and disinterested; she comes that way out of the box.
