How you going to rig that hood if it's weighted to the head and body?

I'll copy the weights from another mesh with Outfit Studio and fill in the unweighted areas. I had a full body (including head, feet and hands) completely weighted for outfits like this, but I lost it when my secondary hard drive went out. ☹ Too bad. It took many hours and multiple Outfit Studio and 3ds max crashes to make it work.
