FO3/NV Ghost Proof of Concept

Kendo 2

Files used: FX shader from the cut FO3 cryolator, vanilla shiny dull cube map. GECK; effects shader, script, actor ability/spell. It's Bethesda jank but I made it work.

If not, you might be able to copy the script that does it

It is basically the same engine if we are talking about Skyrim (original)

Also there is a girl that is a ghost in Skyrim. Might have some ideas to follow as well.

What I have now works well enough aside from the fog effect texture from the cryolator.  I think I can swap it with the vanilla smoke particle texture and get a better visual.

I use a Skyrim SE spell but stick with what you've created. It looks way better.
Also, is that the ghost of Tovluld?
