Mostly everything I make is base game compatible, unless otherwise stated. ) So, yes, the set is base game, and no EP is needed. My FemmeBots require EP11, as they are plumbots, and that EP is required for plumbots.

I am currently making default replacements for a few items, which will require the corresponding EP, and it will be noted in the descriptions. )

I do not play TS4, but look around and saw that. Apparently, a recent update broke some things. Don't know if your recent posts are referencing this, but thought to let you know. )
