I ask the developers on the IPS forums about this and apparently file submitters can't change the category after they upload it, which is ridiculous if you ask me.

I just created an alt account as a normal member and I'm not seeing the option a move file either. It's there for an administrator but not for a normal member. I'm looking now for a way to enable this for all members. For now If you need something moved PM me.

Fallout 4 Far Harbor DLC Will Have More Content Than Skyrim’s Dawnguard

According to Steam the last time I played Fallout 4 was Dec 2, 2015 and play time was only 2 hours. For those 2 hours all I could do was think of how similar the game is to Skyrim. I've played Skyrim since launch day but without mods today I find the game to be boring. Playing Skyrim was fun back in 2011, but after nearly 5 years of playing the game Fallout 4 feels like Skyrim DLC. I'm hoping some epic DLC and mods will fix this issue for me. I think there's good game there I just need something keep it interesting. Around noon yesterday (my time of course) I attempted to the site to a new server, you're probably aware of this due to the down time this site had. This isn't my first time doing this, just the first time it was so rocky. I went back to the old server. I'm going to give the domain name servers a full 48 hours to propagate before I attempt another move.

I haven't written the complete rule list regarding uploading mods, so here are a few basic rules for uploads: Do not upload mods that are not yours without the author's permission. Do not upload mods that contains assets (mesh, textures, etc.) from another mod without the author's permission. If you do have permission to include assets from another mod, give credit to the author by linking to his/her mod in the description your mod. These rules will likely be updated and added to. I will not retroactively ban or suspended users who breaks a rule that's added afterwards. The max upload limit is 256M and can be increased at any time so don't worry if you have big files.
