Game very laggy after switching from Wicked Whims to Devious Desires

I switched from Wicked Whims to Devious Desires and my game has been very laggy, longer loading screens and overall just slow performance does anyone know whats causing this?

I have mccc installed is it conflicting with the DD mod itself or is something else bothering? If anyone could help id appreciate it
