SexLab the Mask: It's an idea I've had for a long time. The player equips a cursed mask that alters their behavior. The mask randomly equips itself and chooses a random skimpy outfit for the player to wear.

There will be dialogue that leads to sex with an NPC, and maybe AOE spells that cause sex with enemies and temporarily enthrall them.

Bimbo disease: Similar to porphyric hemophilia. It is a multistage disease that essentially turns the player into a sex addict. In the early stages, the disease is curable. It may cause increased arousal and random masturbation. As the disease progresses, it causes body changes that make it impossible to equip armor. The player may need to visit a seamstress or blacksmith to have custom clothing and armor made.

In the later stages, the player will become dumb. They can easily be fooled by NPCs who claim they will help cure the disease, but who are only there to take advantage of the situation or make it worse.

Nice idea. 

However, I would suggest something other than a mask. This is because it would obscure the face of the player character. Equipping it would stop them from seeing their character's face, which many players might feel a great connection to. 

I'd suggest a necklace or something that would be used instead. It is still visible so you can create a pendant that shows something desirable but wouldn't block the face. https://elderscrolls.fandom.com/wiki/Amulets_(Skyrim)

New idea: You receive a quest from a powerful wizard who cured a master vampire of vampirism. The problem is that he still has the power to enthrall people, and he has created a small harem of female servants with his power.

Your job is to kill him and free the women. If you're playing as a man, it's a simple quest: kill him, get a cool two-handed sword, and go back to killing dragons. If you're playing as a woman, you'll be enthralled, and that's where the fun begins.

Due to your dragon blood, you randomly snap out of the charm, which gives you an opportunity to permanently break the mental hold he has on you with the help of the wizard who gave you the quest. However, your freedom from the vampire is temporary, and you will do quests for him while under his spell.

Actually, you will be doing quests for both sides, and if you complete one side's quests before the other's, you may free yourself or become permanently enthralled by your new master.
