I deleted all my New Vegas mods 8 years ago. I shouldn't have since i could've backported so much stuff that more than likely isn't around on Nexus today. And I never got around to learning how to make mods work with TTW. And for some reason, back then, Fallout 3 was much more stable than New Vegas for me. Ah, but that was way back in the manual mod installation days.

It's been a very long time since I've done a recolor. I don't ever mess with the normal maps when I did. I'd just slice up the diffuse maps and recolor all the parts I want what ever color and then paste them over an unedited diffuse map that I leave out the minmaps to redo them. Haven't done any since. Did quite a lot for Fallout 3 but all of those and this one were on my old and dead hard drive.

Simple but still looks good.

I almost thought this was Oblivion.

This was the vanilla preset I used as the base. The Custom Race I use uses the base vanilla assets and presets, so it's pretty much the same other than the fact that it allows you to change the meshes and textures for each race rather than the vanilla races.

They only come in 1440p. I think what he's means is setting it to 1080p in the game settings.
