Did the wokers at Disney murder Stan Lee??? I mean, they did need him out of the way so they could woke-ify Marvel to where "The Mighty Thor" is now female??? Captain Marvel was just a gender switch... okay, maybe we can have that. Pepper Potts went from THE ONLY STRONG WOMAN who could tell Tony Stark what to do, to getting super powers, and her own suit. They have spider Gwen running around, waiting for her debut in a future Spiderman movie, I'm sure. Saw her, but not sure where she came from? Wasn't she a Peter Parker love interest at some point? And exactly how many radioactive spiders are running around biting people anyway???????? Maybe she and Pete had unprotected fluid exchange? There have been some great Marvel women lately... Gamora kicks ass in her own right, as does Scarlet Witch, and Black Widow goes out ther with no armor or super powers at all! Certain "talents", yes, but her wits, martial arts and shooting skills are all she takes with her. Even I cringed during End Game when they had the scene during the big fight, when ALL the women only, became focus. OY! OK... Jane got Ether in her, and had some weird power left, after they got it out. Obviously, Disney was going to Pepper Potts her character, but what I gather from trailers is that they want her to become the next Thor? So, as stated in this video, Thor is not some abstract character who can be whoever, it is the name of the demigod... yet, woke female Thor time is upon us all!!!!!! Well, I can look on the bright side... more barely there armor for me to convert into Sims 3 fantasies!!! Better get started...

Kind of like windmills off the coast of rich people's beach front homes. They whine and complain about "renewable", until a windmill blocks their view of the ocean. Point being, why hasn't CA been building desalination plants the last 20 or 30 years? Not like this happened yesterday. Afarid a big water suction inlet pipe will spoil someone's view? Or more likely that a fish gets sucked in???

You're welcome. I imagine the game engines for most games other than TS3 are not nearly so terrible, but with TS3, we need all the help we can get to make the 32 bit, 20 yo game run with mods. My situation is being a dress maker, I tend to have several hundred individual package files sitting in my game, which is death for TS3, and am always looking for anything that may help. I had read that setting priority to high would help, and it does... for me. But, I must set priority every time I start the game, and lately, it has been resetting with the only notice being that ceratin mouse controls froze the game. In past, I had tried a couple of add-on programs, that were basically third party Task Manager. They didn't really work as advertised. Then I came across this, and it's an easy button. I still run Task Manager to monitor what is going on, but since setting TS3W.exe to high priority, it starts and remains that way, and runs a bit better. And I have a mid range 2018 Acer Nitro laptop... not a full desk gaming rig as you and others around here may have. But anything that may help others... I will share. ) And for others who are not so techie, as I, it is easy. )))

No secret that I play Sims 3, which is under powered, clunky, and generally poorly constructed game. It needs all the help it can get to run half way smoothly. Too often, the OS eats resources with background tasks, when all YOU want is play whatever game it is that you want to play, and would like Windows to give the game priority. Also, for some reason, as the game can set it's priority level, devs settle for "normal" level... same as every other process. Task manager allows you to change priority of your game to "above normal" or "high", but Windows, and or the game itself, set it back, and your game is again competeing for resources to run at the same level as some random background noise. I have tried a couple of programs to set task priority. Some old and no longer supported, some were just add-ons with separate UI that when viewed in Windows Task Manager didn't show the same changes applied. Recently, during a desperate search, I came across the subject on reddit, and a link to another page... here. So, I read the page, downloaded and installed. Only been a few days, but it seems to work, and be a "do it once and forget about it" kind of deal. Nice thing about people here is that you will all read that page for yourselves to make a decision on this tool, but... My take is it was developed by a gamer who got tired of his/ her game priority being reset. So, he/ she fixed it and shared the fix. I'm not a techie, so easy button is my thing, and this was fairly easy. Start the app, use the search window to find the .exe for your game, set priority and done. I really only have one game, but it appears that you can set as many games as you want... since you only play one at a time, no problems. Anyway, TS3 remains a slow mess as a general rule when overloaded with CC as mine is, BUT... I do find it a little less slow, less freeze ups, some controls run a bit smoother, and the priority remains at "high", leaving other background noise to fight at "normal" level. And it is an easy button operation that only need be done one time. After set, the game always starts at "high" priority. I read somewhere that setting to "real time" actually creates a bunch of issues, and this tool does not set that anyway. Since this is about general gaming, not just TS3 specific, I thought to share.

More updated older content is on the way. I have been looking at most of what I made 2 or 3 years ago, and find too many things that I now can do better. Some outfits, I have been able to dig up my original work folders... some no. Things got moved several times, from one laptop to another because of laptop issues, and some things were misplaced. So, what that means is that many of the updates will be direct drop in replacements of the old CC, with all of the same part ID numbers. Any Sims wearing those garments should retain all aspects of those outfits, including your CAS recolors. If they are in a merged package, simply open with s3pe, import the new package, and all of the old files will be overwritten... save... done. I have a few options as to how packages made without original files will be finalizzed, and will have installation instructions accordingly. Meantime, I continue to look thru a multiple laptops mess to try to find original workshop folders. I truly need better organizational skills!!! In my defense, some MIA items came during panick data transfer to thumbdrives as my laptop was dying, soooo...... The updates include things that most will never notice, such as improved UV mapping... other changes may include better normals maps for better in game appearance, and adding my "soft nipples" to some tops and dresses, and/ or my Priyatns nude bottom mesh to some bottoms and dresses. "Soft nipples" is my attempt at a more realistic, and sexy garment. It is NOT the CmarNYC af nude top with texture on it! Cmar's nude top is great as a nude top, but semi erect nipples pushing against fabric do not show that way. There is a "soft" transition, which I try to duplicate, and have uploaded versions of in the past. Many of my older skirts and dresses probably used an EA standard nude bottom, which is basic Barbie. Updates will feature my Priyatna bottom, which has a bit more detail. A huge reason for updates is my much increased understanding of bone painting, and ability to do so. My original work concentrated on body to garment clipping, and use of basic bone transfer tools for an entire mesh. So, as legs and butt may not have clipped thru a skirt or dress, there may have been a few instances (sitting, and Kinky World "spread legs" or passed out on couch as examples) when the crotch area became distorted in upskirt views. I pretty much fixed that issue a while ago, and will now incorporate the better bone weighting into the updates, as I have in the few updated garments already uploaded here. Another reason is to add pregnant morphs to a few garments that may have not had them. As always, I will take time to look at my morphs... especially after forgetting them in the Betty bottom, and make whatever adjustments are necessary. I have a couple of remakes in game now!!!

A bit of a mess up on The Flintstones upload! During testing, Betty never got pregnant. Usually not an issue, as I USUALLY look at the morph meshes in Blender to fix small morph issues. Umm... apparently, I didn't look at the Betty bottom meshes, and completely forgot to add the pregnant morph. Sorry!!! The way I make morphs is by using Meshing Tool Kit. I and others, work on a base mesh, then use other tools to automatically generate fat, fit, thin and special (pregnant) meshes. I use MTK and generate morphs in .wso form. This requires a "donor" .wso, generally an EA mesh that is similar so MTK can calculate the new meshes. 99% of EA .wsos do not have a pregnant morph, so I then use a different .wso of whole female nude to generate a second set of morphs. Usually, with garments, such as skirts or even loin cloth, the garment morphs are a bit messed up. It's a process, but I simply throw away the base, fat, fit and thin morphs, and only keep the pregnant morph. Then throw out the pregnant morph from the original morph set and add the good pregnant morph. FYI... the original has a place holder for the pregnant morph, which is merely a copy of the base mesh. Once everything is put together in one set of morphs, I return them to Blender, and make adjustments to fix clipping and straighten things. All of that, as well as adding LODs 2 and 3, are often done after intial testing in game. Umm... apparently, I forgot to add the pregnant morph. Anyway, it's fixed now, and I apologize for any inconvenience.

Must be Darrell Issa's district! But more than teachers with guns or armed guards, how about putting alarms and cameras on all of the doors, so even when a teacher goes out to get her phone, a siren sounds, alarm goes to police, and whoever opened the door is recorded and can be fired. Perhaps to use all of that Covid slush fund that wasn't spent for new ventilation systems.
