Confused as hell, running into an NPC makes him fly

Okay, let's start with the information I have, is one of these mods installed, I already disabled it once, but when I looked again later when my mcm was empty I needed a new save, this is something that can be disabled without any problems but no I remember the option and not even which mod it was in.

I wouldn't know mod that causes that, but the rule of thumb is, disable your mods and start a new game, Only have enabled the core mods that don't cause CTD. And from there enable a few mods at a time until you run into the problem and that will help you narrow down which exact mod it is.
