Off topic, it drove me nuts, but I've identified the bird in that video.

I swapped the video in game that is shown on the monitor and the projection screen to this. The original one is on the previous post above. And it Worked as I thought it would.

If you are referring to the dildo, you have to equip it just like you do with the clothing.
