FOMM no longer viable so I need a replacement Mod Organizer

Problem. .NET 2.0 no longer works and FOMM requires it. I need a suggestion on a New Vegas Mod organizer that IS NOT a convoluted mess and is user friendly. HELP!

Also, I do not need patch bashing, mod conflict detection, etc. What I do need is a base utility to adjust load orders, and being able to make ESMs would be a plus.

Thanks, I'll try it but .NET 2.0 no longer works with my new version of Windows 10. 3.5 and everything after that works fine though.

Tried Vortex ... It's slow to load and run. Doing a load order is a convoluted wreck and If I wanted to go through all of that I just use LOOT and not have to deal with slow speeds and Dark0ne pimping his fucking site.
