  1. What?
  2. Frei breaks things down without dumbing it down.
  3. OOF.
  4. The punchline: Shapiro is a card-holding orthodox Jew. The alt-light and alt-right hate him.

    I'm bored, obviously.
  6. heh-heh.
  7. If anyone is seriously interested I have all the pythons and PyIFFs and a process to get Blender 2.49 working on Windows 10. You REALLY gotta want to make meshes for Oblvion/FO3/NV to go through it though.
  8. Like everything else I make; not a fucking clue. This started off as rooms for a super hero comic set in the future. Instead of just making rooms in Blender I decided to make game-style new dungeon tiles that can be snapped together like Legos that use the same basic texture sets a la bethesda.
  9. She's too big for you. But yeah she's smoke'n hawt.
  10. Install Blender 2.49 and all the support files. Watch some tutorials and practice. There's no way to get instant results; you have to put in the work yourself. Edit: I looked at the files and the outfit concept doesn't interest me. No chance of me making something like that, BUT maybe this outfit will inspire you to learn to poly model.
  11. Installing the AI! file won't fix anything if you don't edit the docs I listed the way I told you to edit them.
  12. Extract this file and MANUALLY place it in your data folder. Fallout - AI!.7z Now you need to edit the game's ini files to allow for new textures. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas and go to the Fallout_default doc. MAKE A COPY OF IT for backup. Open the original doc and scroll down to [Archive]; make it look like this: Now go to C:\Users\YOUR PCs Name\Documents\My Games\FalloutNV and the Fallout doc and do the same thing. Make a copy of the doc and edit the original. Once all of that is done go into whatever mod manager you use and toggle ArchiveInvalidation on and off a few times and then leave it on. That should fix the texture issue. EDIT: Also, DO NOT use any mod managers to try and install anything I upload. Download the files and MANUALLY install them into you data folder.
  13. More low-effort poly meshing. Making the textures look like hard plastic was more work than the modelling.
  14. Credit where credit is due; NOT my original design. Got it off Deviant Art from 'cherrysdesigns'.
  15. Nothing great, but they're not supposed to be...cuz they'er background buildings.
