So the developers activists proactively removed the flag. They should have removed the woke cringe from Valeguard.

The actual fact is they were forced to remove the flags from the game demo by the owners. The key in my opinion was "demo" and for "owners". Who knows if they would hvae had to remove it later after it was released. 

As for Valeguard. Chance are they would but that would cost money and they don't want to rework a game that has been already released. Not to that level. 

Just my opinion. 

I like to think that the owners got wind that the developers of the game were told to remove the flags from the demo and decided nope. WE have to shut this place down. Their history proves they can't work with us. Likely, I like to think, they were told when the new owners took control that they were told to stop that bullshit and tone it down.  They were warned. All this is my own thoughts. No evidence. It does track with what happened though IMO

Well, Millennial snark lasted maybe 5 years and this woke bullshit has been in high gear for about the same length of time.  Millennial 'humor' from 2015 to 2020, woke trash from 2020 until now.  Have to wonder what Leftists will do next to fuck up gaming.
