In order to diagnose tech support problems, we are going to need certain pieces of information from you.

Please include the following in your post:
1) Load Order, contained in a spoiler (Click the eyeball on the editor bar, then post the load order within)
2) Mod List, contained in a spoiler: This is as important as the Load Order, as many mods don't require a plugin to function, and load order only lists plugins.
3) Papyrus Logs, contained in a spoiler: details below

If these 3 things are NOT included in the original post, it will be difficult for us to diagnose your problem. 

Enabling Papyrus Logging:
     MO Users: 1) Open the ini editor tool, located across the top bar of MO
                     2) In skyrim.ini find the lines listed below, and set them as shown

     Anyone else: 1) Open windows explorer, navigate to (Users/ (your user name) / documents / my games / skyrim)
                        2) In skyrim.ini find the lines listed below, and set them as shown
