What I have now works well enough aside from the fog effect texture from the cryolator. I think I can swap it with the vanilla smoke particle texture and get a better visual.
Files used: FX shader from the cut FO3 cryolator, vanilla shiny dull cube map. GECK; effects shader, script, actor ability/spell. It's Bethesda jank but I made it work.
Well, at least their 'Star Shop' (or whatever-the-fuck-they're calling the paid mods store) will have plenty of nickel and dime base game content available on launch day. Can't hand that stuff out as free updates later, that would be wrong.
