FO76 taught them nothing. I look at it like this; Bethesda is a lost cause so if low expectation dumbasses want to reward them with their money and time then let them do it. Bethesda is out of the loop of 'hold them accountable so they make better games'. Bethesda has their bullshit formula and they won't deviate from it so...don't buy anything they make. Toddler stepping away from the helm solved nothing. Forcing Emil Pagliarulo into another position solved nothing. Bethesda's reputation is shit and they only held the Skyrim 'what to aspire to' gaming crown for a few years. If 'peaked in high school' was a corporation Bethesda would be it.

What I have now works well enough aside from the fog effect texture from the cryolator. I think I can swap it with the vanilla smoke particle texture and get a better visual.

Does that effect exist in FO3/NV?

Files used: FX shader from the cut FO3 cryolator, vanilla shiny dull cube map. GECK; effects shader, script, actor ability/spell. It's Bethesda jank but I made it work.

Well, at least their 'Star Shop' (or whatever-the-fuck-they're calling the paid mods store) will have plenty of nickel and dime base game content available on launch day. Can't hand that stuff out as free updates later, that would be wrong.
