    Most likely not possible. If it's Skyrim there's a vanilla script for it; a few wilderness bandit chests have vanilla script attached. Open the chest, bandits spawn in. I don't think you'd need a new external script and you could do it with an esp only; since it's a vanilla function. Just spit-balling/talking out my ass here.
