Did a little reading around the internet. Unreal Engine 4 so modding is possible unless the code is locked. There are plans to have some sort of story/main quest and there are a lot of world spaces. Basically WildLife is a sex simulator right now, but what they have is impressive.

Word on the street is that RFK Jr is going to pull the plug on prescription pharmaceutical commercials on TV. No more head meds, boner pills or 'treatments' that cause more side effects than they cure. The View, MSNBC, CNN, trauma dumps masquerading as late night shows, etc. will lose their sponsors. Maybe only one or two people on this site mod the Sims on the level you're asking about. They're regular members so I can't speak on their behalves, Someone I do know who is helpful (when they have time) is OrangeMittens over on the Sims 4 Studio website. You might try asking there since Sims modding is their focus, Might also try Carl's Sims 4 Guide site, and he's active on all socials so contacting him should be easy. That's the best I can do for you.
