Google has a Halloween banner up and not the usual 'Fall Festival' shit. Also, I was at Walmart and they had legit Halloween decorations and candy actually labeled as being for Halloween, I wonder if I can have my holiday back for good?

Maybe only one or two people on this site mod the Sims on the level you're asking about. They're regular members so I can't speak on their behalves, Someone I do know who is helpful (when they have time) is OrangeMittens over on the Sims 4 Studio website. You might try asking there since Sims modding is their focus, Might also try Carl's Sims 4 Guide site, and he's active on all socials so contacting him should be easy. That's the best I can do for you.

NO to Traci Lords. She only made one movie (Traci, I Love You) where she is legal in the United States. Under the Miller Rule there isn't an exception for depicting real life minors as 2d or 3d art. It's child porn; full stop. Since Lords is known for her entire film catalogue and not just one movie there will not be any depictions of Traci Lords (or any other real life minors) on this site. 'But what about her from Traci I Love You? Can we use that version of her?' NO. I have no idea what Steam is thinking since the first step in a civil suit is court-mandated arbitration. Doesn't matter what Steam wants since they'd be the defendants. They could always refuse arbitration but that shows the judge you're unwilling to be reasonable and they don't like that. My somewhat informed opinion. TL;DR a purchased software license trumps the whimsy of community TOS.

Pretty sure tri, egm, and egt are specific to NIF file format. No idea how to avoid using them with a Gamebyro based engine, generating them is hit-or-miss. -

Hanuman from Hinduism and Sukunahikona from Shintoism could be good lore building. Might also look at Korpokkur as an alternative to the Western take on dwarfs/dwarves. Circling back to your shapeshifting beast races, try looking at Hengeyokai from Japanese folklore. They were shape-changers but not lycanthropes; hares, badgers, foxes, crows, racoon dogs, cats, etc. I'm not saying to set the game in the Orient, just that there are some other lore takes that people might not be familiar with. -
