@24:09 Final Fantasy XI solved this problem by capping the player's level during the battle. Final Fantasy XI was released in 2002. Do they not play other games?

LOL, this game is on life support. Will Bethesda fix Fallout 76 like Square Enix fixed Final Fantasy XIV or will they cut their losses, abandon it and pretend it never existed? I'm thinking the latter.
