I expect to hear a fairly classic damage control statement from Todd soon, saying something along the lines of "We've tried to do something different with FO76, but it didn't work out the way we had hoped." We've been criticizing Bethesda for years for the same exact things people and press do these days. It's funny how so many people can only see it now. And fanboys now call it "hate hype"!

Can anyone else see a correlation between games released in an unfinished state, games that are perpetually in early access stage, mods that are abandoned in a broken state etc. and the need for instant gratification and impatience of the Millenials who make them?

I'd like every RPG to have adult content but if this is going to be a "porn game" which has nothing else to offer, you know, like a porn movie with a laughable script, I'd rather let it die.

It's funny how Todd himself admits that he's been doing the same game over and over... He's also said "If you want us to stop releasing another Skyrim edition then stop buying it!". He's not afraid to admit these things, because he's confident that there are always idiot fanboys who will buy the shittiest game if it's been hyped well and he has no problem exploiting those idiots.

The best Fallout was Fallout 2, but I doubt the kids these days would understand why. It was definitely the least politically correct Fallout game, and probably one of the least PC games of all time. Also it was one of the most mature role playing games ever made, in which you can actually role-play. We'll definitely never get another Fallout like it from Bethesda, and we'll probably never get another game like that ever.

This isn't a debate on whether or not you prefer using a particular product over another. Far from it. This issue here is buying poorly made, overpriced products of a company and then pay them excessive amounts of money in order to have your product (poorly) repaired.
