  1. Thanks. The original idea was a small venue cigar lounge with one or two hostesses; the quality smokes, single malt scotch, old-school country club theme. Then I started getting carried away.
  2. Well, there's all sorts of stuff to do. Here's a sample of what's going on. So for every type of drink I want to add as an animated object requires that furniture support the animations. To do that I made new furniture objects and reproduced ALL of the animation groups. That takes a lot of time. The happy result? No vanilla animations or furniture has been changed. Everything is new. That means no conflicts anywhere. When the animations are called the game will look for the stuff I added, not vanilla stuff. Making NPC faces from scratch takes time. This isn't only about faces and mod gimmicks. There are Factions to make, AI packages to create and schedule and lots of other considerations I don't wanna think about. And I can't get enough of this girl.
  3. Thanks. The mod will be full of pointless shit like that.
  4. This took a little doing but it was worth it. It serves no purpose other than having NPCs use one of the items included in the mod.
  5. Yep, still working on this project. I've done a lot but there is a lot more to go before it's finished. Anyway, here's some almost naked girls. The one in the main image is my favorite. I love the way she looks. There are five stage girls you can buy dances from and I've covered all the bases for as far as what I think is attractive.
  6. 1000 new members in less than 1 month. That's awesome. And since we're uploading gifs... Looks like the site is 'whipping' into shape...
  7. Because I've been making FO3/NV faces for a long time. There are 'tricks' to working the sliders in the GECK. It just takes practice. What I do is I make faces in the GECK and then apply them to NPCs so I can see what they look like in the game. The I fix things and try again. Once I get a face I like I use it for a follower (I don't play female characters), but they can be used as racial presets too.
  8. I now have the purple and green cage dancers in a leveled spawn list. All four races (African American, Asian, Caucasian and Hispanic) are represented in all their naked gyrating glory. With two cages and 4 races that means there is a rotation of 8 possible girls spawning when you enter the cell. Anyway, it gives the illusion there several dancers and not the same two every time you go there. I guess I need to start a blog about this project.
  9. For normal maps there's this: http://cpetry.github.io/NormalMap-Online/ It ain't perfect though but the results are fine for Bethesda's Gambryo tinker toy bullshit. For more modern games you'll need to understand how to copy alphas from one dds to another and how to swap RGB values between layers. As far as Havok goes I remember reading somewhere that the software licensing expired and Zenimax snatched everything up. All of the tool sets modders once had have been removed from the various sites. Basically Zenimax/Bethesda intentionally scuttled Havok development.
  10. There are several problems with this situation; the primary one being that FO4 CBBE is a derivative of the vanilla female Skyrim body mesh. In other words, Bethesda owns CBBE by default. There is nothing Mr. Finland can do other than reporting the content at Bethesda.net and hope they 'do the right thing' and remove the mods. Looking to the Nexus staff for solutions will end with one result; 'sorry about your luck but keep uploading'. Nexus is ran as a business, not a modding community. When you deal with the staff think of them as mall cops, snarky bank tellers or that rude little shit who works at Starbucks. They're inefficient, on a power trip and useless. If Mr. Finland questions them or stirs up more trouble than they can deal with they'll just ban him with a bogus excuse. I've said from day-one that FO4 modding will not be what people are used to and no one believed me.
  11. I personally think the body mod is unattractive. It doesn't matter matter if there are all sorts of tinker toy programs to convert outfits. It's like putting lipstick on a pig and I'm not going to mod for a body that's hacked together and nasty looking. And I don't want my name associated with anything OutfitStudio/BodySlide. I don't have time for amateur hour. I've had people approach me and ask to upload the 'conversions' of my work they've made. My response is always "Send me the files so I can look at them first." I never hear from them again. Another reason for me is the user base for CBBE and the way they have treated me in the past. I never had any dealings with any of them until I uploaded UNP Jiggle and started making outfits for it. That is when the "you used the wrong skeleton" and " if you're not modding BodySlide you're wasting your time" started. The CBBE OutfitStudio wankers were mad that I used a compatibility skeleton that didn't allow for them to simply plug in and screw my hard work into a 10 minute OutfitStudio project conversion. They acted like the pack of no-talent dicks they are and they're still doing it to this day. Now they're just picking on Asenasen and poaching mods from Asian websites. There are entire threads at LL devoted to ripping an poaching from other modders. CBBE fans think it's cool. Yeah, so is Eskimo shit.
  12. Thanks. I have every intention of making the cigar lounge the best kept secret on The Strip.
  13. Working on this in earnest since I'm having fun. Made new neon light models and textures, worked on the cell's lighting scheme some, made a new disco dance floor and some other stuff too. I've also recycled the cocktails and beer models I made for a Gomorrah mod that I never finished. In the works are new animation groups with animated objects so the bar NPCs will drink the new cocktails and beers while sitting or standing. They won't be drinking nuka colas and eating mirelurk cakes like vanilla NPCs do.
  14. Making the models and textures isn't a problem for me. Proper motivation and interest in the game is the killer. I just don't care about FO4 and if I didn't read about it somewhere on a daily basis I'd totally forget the game exists. Something I have noticed is people pleading with modders to make content for FO4. I've never seen that with a Bethesda game. Usually modders dive on new games, but that's not happening with FO4. 'Stop complaining and make mods for it.' 'If you want the game to be better then make mods for it.' etc. So either the game is SO bad that it needs mods to be playable or it's so bad that well-known modders aren't touching it. Agame must have three things for me to take time to mod it; it must be mod compatible, I must enjoy playing it, the fan base can't suck, and there has to be replay value in the base game. The way I see it FO4 gets one out of four; it can be modded...and that's it.
  15. Been working on this a lot lately since I'm able to pump some free time into a project. Made nine new textures for a new cigarette tin case model, a new cigar ashtray, a vault-friendly looking magazine stand and 21 new magazine retextures. Also did static model versions for the new items for the store display.
  16. Been working on the concept of a vault 'cigar lounge' if I were the Overseer (perish the thought! ). Basically my idea is Gomorrah but not with the creepy vibes and ugly hookers. Anyway, there can't be a cigar lounge without CIGARS. So I made some. And where do the cigars come from? Coyote Tobacco Chew of course! And of course I have to have NPCs enjoying their stogies with in-game idles.
  17. Wow. They look fantastic. I like your Diamonds gloves and boots meshes better than mine. Thanks for doing the Skyrim conversions.
  18. Anatriax has left the building. She's taking some time off from modding.
  19. NOT a remake. I've added a new cell and it will contain all new NPCs. The only changes I'll be making to the vanilla Vault21 is removing one wall and a static computer. I'll then add a doorway and a load door to the new cell. I tried doing a remake for Gomorrah and the game exploded. Luckily I still have all of the mesh and texture assets I made for that, and they are being re-purposed for the new Vault 21 Cigar Lounge.
  20. Again, a balcony view of the naked burlesque girls in cages...and a pole dancer too.
