I'm ok with them not having full time Linix developers working for them. They are adding greatly to Proton and other compatability layers. This is where the main focus is and where it really makes a difference regarding Linux. They aen't doing it behind closed doors either. That and there are other good alteranitives. Catchy OS and Bazzite (which is like Steam but better supported.) They are also creating the Steam machine full Linux replacement that you CAN install your own OS if you wanted it and didn't want Steam OS (or as the time I read it. ) That combined with some of their gamer friendly policies and such. They are OK with me. Quote
