I can't understand why someone would want a HOA. We had some issues when my family bought a new house and moved there when I was a teen. The issue was people were working out of a garage reparing cars. Their personal garage. This was against the law. They also had car parts and at one time stripping down a car to sell for parts. This is what people think an HOA protects against. They likely do but so does the police and aldermen. It might take a bit more but the job is done and they are stopped and even move. The only thing that sucked was during the couple of months this was going on in order to get taken seriously, everybody had to stop working on their personal cars. Yes, it is legal to work on YOUR car but illegal to work for $$$ on others cars in a residental area out of a residental garage. I was a teen and of course scraping up money for my car and keeping it going meant that often times I and my friends (at their garage) would fix the various things that would go wrong with a 20 year old 500 dollar car. We had to stop but fortunatly many of the parents would aid their childen with the cost of labor at a mechanic shop (but we did have to come up with the parts cost and of course they were refurb instead of from a junk yard) People are fed a bullshit story that HOA is there for them. The part where they are there for them is FEES. Going around and taking out a ruler and measuring fucking grass to make sure it is in compliance and checking the fucking plants in your front yard to make sure they are accepted or fining someone for painting their house because they didn't clear it with the HOA before they did so. Due to the fact that workers ... gasp... actually have to bring their trucks and park them on the strreet! OH my god the HORROR! I read one story where a plumber wasn't allowed to bring his van to the house and had to park it outside of the HOA area and walk (a long way) with the equipment and supplies to the house. Needless to say the plumber said fuck this and didn't take the job. The home owner had a water damage all over and couldn't shower all due to some HOA asshole not being reasonable. Going on a power trip.

as far as I am aware this is a new project. If so they are continuning. I can believe EA would be that stupid. At least when Sweet Baby INc was getting all that money from the goverment and companies were getting money that made some sense. Having this without that. Seriously. Like the video stated. IT might make sense to get here to bring women into a game. Just not GTA. The level of violence and actions doesn't generally play into what the vast majority of women would be interested in. Don't get me wrong, they can get into all sorts of trouble and start shit and such but it is ... different. A different style. Just another company changing their formula for no dam reason.

People who mod Sims have the auto updates turned off. So they don't have to come and bother the developers of mods for Sims when they will update it. Asking for support when support wasn't really needed. Taking time away from the developer from their RL resonsiblities and ... even updating the mod and testing for a new release version. Should be totally un-necessary to post something like this when it has only been a few days since the update. Less than a week to be exact. As far as "on topic" This thread is for support. To help people with issues regarding on how to get this to work. Help them install and configure the mod. This is the topic of the thread. The author has stated his preferred communication for the mod is his Discord channel. Basic communications would be best served on his Discord. Asking about updates and such would be communicated through Discord. When he has update and information that would be also on his Discord. For everyone else: There is a click option to send you information on when the mod updates. It is on the main page. Click that and get when the updates come through. Then you can come and check. Lessen the need to come and check for updates. Click on "Send me version updates". Click on it a second time to turn it off. Hope that helps.

My game works perfectly. I don't have it auto update so I don't have problems like this. So I don't know if and when there is an update to the game. If there is a need for an update. He will get to it when he can. Why do you have your game auto update, then get all upset that there is something not working? I suggest you watch some videos on how to mod Sims in specific how to prevent updates to the game so you don't have to have this issue in the future.

If there hasn't been an update to the game there isn't a need for an update for the mod. If the dogs worked and now don't. It is more likely that something changed in your game flies. I am not aware of anyone having problems with dogs recently (current version of mod). Modding EA games isn't the most stable thing in the first place.

I didn't see the actions after the meeting. Still doubling down? The only thing he has now is Europe and I doubt they want to cover the bill to continue. They were happy when the US was covering the largest share of the bill. Hopefully now they will see the writing on the wall and use their GDP to build up their own military. It is easy to give to health care and other social needs when they don't have to pay much for their defense.

(provided the reporters are correct. we all know how "accurate" they are) The constution for Ukraine states that there wouldn't be an election when the country is in war or militar action. So... his keeping the war going...some could say is him keeping himself in power? Also, claims that billions of dollars were "lost"? Seriously? People stating... there is a war going on, how do you expect them to keep accurate accounting? Well. think about how big a BILLION is. And they can't point to a general expense? Going on and publicly stating and advocating killing someone ... as far as I am aware... can lead you directly to jail. Then you go after a goverment official ... that is a whole different level of trouble. It is entirely possible that there are FBI files opened on each and everyone of those individuals.

Don't combine like mods that do the same things. It will cause conflicts. This goes for DD and WW as well as for anything else unless expressly stated otherwise by the author. This of course has to do with script mods not shoes and such (however, I guess you can have a conflict but I haven't heard of it yet. )

I had a similar encounter. I was either a vampire or warewolf. I can't remember. I never had that encounter otherwise. I believe I was above whatever level was needed to be able to start the vampire/warewolf campain.

I had a relative that had a black cat it was HUGE. The dam thing slept on its back and snored. Was terrified of rodents and if you dropped him or he fell he fell on his back or whatever. No landing on his feet this guy. (HUGE not fat. )
