BREEZE MALE REDUX

WHAT IS IT?
A hard reset for FO3 and NV male bodies.  Mesh replacers as requirements and other silliness are now things of the past.

WHAT’S THE POINT?
I’m tired of dealing with mesh replacers that are poorly rigged, incompatibilities with DLCs and I felt like doing it.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?
K2 BREEZE REDUX Base Files: the base files for both FO3 and NV.  This includes base textures for raiders, ghouls, and the playable race humans.  There are a few armor replacers, but only to fix what is needed.
FO3_DLC Pitt: mesh replacers where needed and male texures for the Pitt Mutated Humans.
FO3_DLC PointLookout: Tribal race textures and outfit fixes.
NV_BREEZE REDUX Sexout Body Suit: Amra72‘s Breeze body mesh remapped to work with Breeze Redux.
NV_DLC OldWordlBlues: meshes fixes and an esp to revive the unused Lobomite body textures.
NV_DLC LonesomeRoad: textures for the DLC’s Marked Men.
K2 BREEZE REDUX Resource Body: a base body without the penis, rigged and ready for modding clothes and armor.

NOTE
The tribals for Honest Hearts are NOT addressed in this mod.  For that you will need Kendo 2's Honest Hearts Tribals.

REQUIREMENTS
None, other than FO3 or New Vegas.

COMPATIBILITY/INCOMPATIBILITY
Incompatible with Breeze FO3 Males versions 1.6 or later, SickleYield’s Roberts Male Body for Fallout 3, Sesom’s Breeze New Vegas Males, Nivea’s Robert’s Male Body FNV and the version made by FavoredSoul.  Otherwise, no issues.

INSTALLATION
Drop the download contents into your data folder.  Go to the folder Data\meshes\characters\_male and look for the files upperbody_nude erect,  upperbody_nude and  upperbodymale_underwear shorts.  Rename the mesh of your choice to upperbody.  Activate the esp(s) if needed and play.  The game will do the rest.

hey so I think that I have downloaded and installed this correctly, but I am having trouble.  My male character still has some underwear on no matter what I do.  Can you please give me any advice on how to fix this?  Some NPCs have on the underwear as well and some don't.  I'm not sure what I did wrong and would love some feedback.  Thanks.

Try doing the Installation part of the readme (above) again.  No matter the mesh you use, it must be named (or renamed) upperbody to work.  Otherwise you will get the default vanilla body with the Tshirt and underwear.

What are u doing here? What's wrong with LL?  ;)

Anyway, this is really nice. I don't see the point of RobMale or old Breeze anymore, which is great since I didn't want to fix all the problems with RobMale!

I'd like to ask a few questions though.

1. Seriously, what's wrong with LL? Only the skyrim cunts are obnoxious and I don't talk to them anyway.

2. I can understand not liking Nexus, but this is too good to be tucked away here. This needs to become *the* standard for FO3/NV male bodies going forward. It must be put out there.

3. What do you have against T6 body? not allowing conversion for it.

4. It *is* possible to get rid of neck/wrist/ankle seams. Mind if I fix them?

4. Lastly, found a weight problem here:

#1.  Tell me what's right with LL.  PM me.

#2.  Nexus...no thanks.  PM me.

#3.  The Type6 user base is why I don't allow conversions of anything I make.  Same thing as CBBE.  Trolling me has consequences.

#4.  I never addressed the vanilla weights.  The meshes in the mod are as close to vanilla standard as could get them without a total re-rig.  If you want to fix the meshes that's cool by me.

I have this problem...

Your game is not registering the male textures that come with the mod.  Go to this file path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data\textures\characters\male

The file you are looking for is upperbodymale.  If it is there then you need to configure your Fallout Default ini to allow for new textures.  If you don't know how to do that I can show you.

Unzip this download and place the BSA file to your Fallout Data folder. Fallout - AI!.rar
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data

Now go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas and look for the Fallout_default doc.
Right click it and make a copy of that doc.  That will be your backup in case you need the unedited version later.

Open the ORIGINAL doc with notepad and find the block with the header [Archive].  Edit the block to make it look like this:

[Archive]
SInvalidationFile=
iRetainFilenameOffsetTable=1
iRetainFilenameStringTable=1
iRetainDirectoryStringTable=1
bCheckRuntimeCollisions=0
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
bUseArchives=1
SArchiveList=Fallout - AI!.bsa, Fallout - Misc.bsa, Fallout - Voices1.bsa, Fallout - Sound.bsa, Fallout - Textures.bsa, Fallout - Textures2.bsa, Fallout - Meshes.bsa

You can just copy/paste what I have here or you can download the [Archive] file I have attached and copy/paste from that.  When you’re done, save the doc.

[Archive].rar

Now got to C:\Users\YourPC\Documents\My Games\FalloutNV and find the FalloutPrefs doc.  Repeat the process; make a copy, edit the [Archive] original and save it.

If you did everything right your game will register all new textures and assets, no matter what mod they come from.

Did you at one time have a armor on the nexus that was based on male bondage with a gimp mask or a full hood mask? I know there was one on the nexus at one time and I thought it was yours but I can't seem to locate it anymore...

Yeah that mod is long gone, like two computers ago.  I don't have the files anymore.  Sorry.

Well I know I downloaded them for sure I just can't seem to locate them do you happen to know what the Nexus file ID was?
When I track it down I will share it in case you want it back. =)

No, I don't remember the ID.  Sorry again.  Eventually I'll get around to making something like it again.  Just not in the immediate future.

I don't remember I just know it had a gimp mask and I think a collar with a pole attached to it... I know I saved it somewhere...

It was called 'Leather Pet' or something like that.  It was a Type3 and Breeze mod.  If Sesom is still on Nexus he might have it.  I know he included it in a homoerotic BDSM mod.  But that was years ago. *shrugs*

Kendo, if you wouldn't mind, forward it to me?  :D Better yet, if possible upload it here?

I'll put it in my Kendo mods folder for possible future use ... I am such a pack rat...

I lost a lot of older mods when my memory went bad on my computer a few years ago. Corrupted 7zip files :( So sad.

Oh, your previous post about you making something like that in the future... you'd have something already that you could just tweak for your needs :) Not something Nexus where the texture/mesh is blown up or otherwise resource wasteful... Kendo knows of the mod I am talking about :P

If it could be shared for public use that would be lovely. =)

I'll have it up shortly.

And the pet leather, I'm not seeing any gimp mask in the images. Sure it's that mod?

I am fairly certain a mask similar to a gimp mask was included in the 'Leather Pet' mod. The mod for one reason or another was 'controversial' on the Nexus because the comments turned into a flame war..

      Made this character to test out a new play style (for me at least).
      Major Skills: 2Handed, Illusion, and Alteration.
      Minor Skills: Heavy Armor, Smithing, Alchemy (focus on poisons) and Destruction (for the fire spells only).
      Stats Split: Magicka 25% Health 50% Stamina 25%
      Standing Stone: The Lord, for the armor class boost and magic resistance.
      Shouts: Unrelenting Force and Whirlwind Sprint.  Marked for Death, Disarm, Dismaying Shout and Slow Time are also good for this build.
      Tactics: Cast one of the flesh spells to increase your armor rating.  Blast your enemies with Dismaying Shout and then use the illusions to take out the unaffected bosses and spellcasters.  Mow down the weaker enemies, then poison the sword and go to work on the bosses.
      Followers: Sure, why not?  But I only use them if I know I'm going to be fighting draugr or vampires.  Cast 'Courage' on them before the fight.  The best vanilla follower for this (IMO) is Jenassa since she's a combat ranger and does what you don't (dual wield and use a bow).
      Restrictions: No bows and no sneaking.  You can technically sneak, just can't put any points into it.  The same is true for enchanting.  All of your points should be going into your major and minor skills.
      Liabilities: You're noisy as fuck and slow, and you're weak against vampires, unless they have thralls or death hounds with them.  Then you can use 'Frenzy' or on those to soften up the vampires for you...that and fireballs.

      WHAT DOES THIS DO?
      This mod adds new playable races and allows you to customize them to your own liking.  Currently there are four ‘new’ races you can play; Cyrodilic Dunmer (Dark Elves), Dremora Mortals (a new race), Cyrodilic Altmer (High Elves), and Cyrodilic Bosmer (Wood Elves).
      The mod is designed and set up to allow you to customize the textures and other features of the copy races.  The idea is to make the added races unique while still being a part of the game’s lore and world.  If you want to add muscular normal maps and wet or oily skin now you can do so without altering the game’s base records for the vanilla races.
      WHY BOTHER?
      I have something like this in my own game and I use it a lot, but the files are all over the place. Making this mod puts everything in order and offers a cohesive foundation that doesn’t affect the vanilla game. And I like being able to swap out body textures without affecting an entire vanilla race.  Feel free to move on if this doesn’t interest you.
      MOD PREMISE
      For the elves, you are still an elf, (Dark Elf, High Elf, or Wood Elf) but you were born outside of your homeland.  You’ve never seen Morrowind, Summerset Isle or Valenwood and you know nothing more than what you’ve read in guide books or been told by others.  I simply used ‘Cyrodilic’ for conveinience.  You could be from Blackmarsh, Hammerfell, R'lyeh, or Mars.  It doesn’t matter so roleplay it in your head if you have to.
      For the Dremora Mortals they are a new race of my own creation with their own abilities and somewhat lore-friendly backstory.
      REQUIRED MODS
      Race Compatibility
      Ethereal Elven Overhaul
      MOD FEATURES
      *Customizable copy races for Dark Elves, High Elves and Wood Elves, and the new Dremora race.
      *10 new racial presets for each race.
      *39 custom eye textures.
      *More color variations for skin tones.
      *New game-friendly female makeup tintmasks for more face detail.
      *Twice the amount of female color options for eyeliner, lipstick, makeup, etc. than the base game.
      *Unique file structures so you can customize the races to your liking.
      *Scripting for the new races if you decide to be a vampire or werewolf.

      SETTING UP THE MOD FOR YOUR GAME
      By default the mod uses UNP compatible female textures, but that is not carved into stone.  The mod uses whatever body meshes you have installed so you can easily use the mod with other body mods or use different UNP textures to suit your own taste.  UNP is not required, but changing things around is your job.  But I will tell you how to do it...
      This will make the mod use whatever female body textures you are already using:
      To customize the mod’s head normal maps:
      SCHLONG/MALE SUPPORT HAS BEEN ADDED!!!
      The mod now supports SOS.  The image in the spoiler is a Dremora Mortal, but the schlongs work for all of the new races.
      NO EXTENDED CHARACTER EDIT SUPPORT!!!
      I do not like that mod and I do not use it.  I use RaceMenu.
      ADD CUSTOM HAIR!!!
      The mod only has vanilla Skyrim hairs available for the new races.  If you want to add your favorite customs hairs to the mod HERE is a tutorial from the Nexus Wiki on how to do it.  Just skip down to “Add the required head parts” and follow the instructions.  In the Valid Races window select K2CRHeadPartsElfRaces.
