Add reviews, number of downloads, cost etc. It doesn't seem at least according to my viewing (not use) that they have such a feature. Even adding a thumbs up or thumbs down for those that are members to have one vote for a mod. This can also help sort the materials / mods for the user and if set up properly help them find what they want. If Amazon, Netflix and other such web sites can do this, Bethesda can.
