    Lately most of my meshes have been suffering from serious deformation when increasing the weight slider. So far the solution has been to generate the morphs “by hand” using Milkshape3D, but Milkshape’s tools can be too basic for this task so instead of scaling the ankle area, and anything else close to it, I’m scaling the whole feet according to the leg’s size. This means overweight sims will have wider and slightly larger feet while on thin bodies its size will be reduced just a bit. Personally I haven’t noticed anything off-place and my sims are on the “meaty” side of the scale YMMV Compatible with the default body, MedBod and any other custom body mesh that follows the original leg seam

This time I made it backwards: created the texture like it was a “Simple Lingerie” accessory using the uv map from the body as canvas, then projected the texture over the body mesh and carve it using the knife tool with the texture as guide. This made uv mapping easier but also making the morphs and bone paint

    A “simple” design that allows a slightly bigger UV isle and that reduces texture blurring (kinda) Viper’s texture, specular, normalmap and mask were originated from a single 512x512 tiled image mixed with nodes, lamps and an environmental image; with all this I was able to add basic volume, shadows and highlights to the final result Originally I wanted to use one of the leather patterns from the game but the scales were barely visible, maybe it’s because Sims 3 uses 256x256 patterns Talking about patterns, you can mix them with the texture for interesting results, it just requires more work with the color wheel “Fun fact”: generating the textures took a lot more time than modeling the shoes… Compatible with the default body, MedBod and any other custom body mesh that follows the original leg seam
