I have regularly seen and heard from some associates that deal in electronic sales (computer parts etc) and repair where people come in and spend up to 2700 dollars just for a graphics card. We all know of the lines and fight it takes to get any modern 3000 nVidia card. How they are being re-sold for several times their suggested price. I believe people have no problem getting money for these things. Yes, there will be some that will have to struggle (like me) to get an upgrade but most seem to have little effort. As for needing to use Windows 11 I don't see a reason. their installer should be just fine using the same coding as windows 10 hell even perhaps in some cases Windows 7 This just means that they won't SUPPORT the game on that OS. It will be some time before windows 10 is fully depreciated. the Direct X version might be offered in the new game but I have seen that they often package the lower /previous windows version of Direct x for the users of the game. It is rare to get a game that will only work for x OS and Y direct x version. This of course is due to the fact that the companies want the widest opportunity for sales. Keep in mind there will be a few years before people convert over to 11 even if Windows tries to shove it down our throats like they did for windows 10 previously. I didn't convert over untiil about half way through Windows 10 life. then only because Discord and other program issues using Windows 7 was experienced. -

they were likely tired of all the back and forth on that thread and wanted an excuse to lock it. For them that was a good enough one. I am honestly surprised that they waited that long. I was sure after your rant post on the subject they would be coming through with their delete button all primed and clean up pages of post and perhaps even lock the thread.

AND... the bullshit will likely continue from what happened with Windows 10 upgrad(s) being shoved unto us. Just for a graphical upgrade and some GUI goodies. I will fight tooth and nail until a few years have passed and they have a couple of hundred updates and such under their belt before I upgrade. Like I did for Window 10. Hopefully, I will be able to wait even longer if whatI would like to do (I can figure out how to do it) can be done. (Use Linux as daily driver and VM Windows 10/11 for those items I HAVE to use in Windoze. Pass through the graphics card and Windows HD and I should be near 100% the speed of the windows on bare metal. Unfortunately, with gaming (and xbox) I am pretty well stuck to have some form of windows running for the foreseeable future)

It has been awhile since we celebrated our growth. Just hopping on to celebrate the fact that we have jumped to 28000 members, 8000 members since the post above. Note, that we aren't interested in being the largest or most popular site. However, this is encouraging that there are 28000 people that think our site is pretty cool, That it is wroth the time and effort to sign up. I think it is safe to say as a moderator and part of the admin ere on NSFWmods.com that we think all our members are pretty cool and awesome as well. I'd like to take a moment on the admin/moderators behalf and thank all those that decided to join our humble little site/group. Have an excellent day, week, month and year.

Those that like Skyrim type games. Might like this. There isn't the free guides, pointers or hints though. The graphics are pretty good and the animation is capture animations so not jerky or otherwise. It is pretty good. Some of the mini bosses are kind of repetitive I have played for about 2 hours. I believe this is about a 6~8 hour game. Free with Game Pass on Xbox

100%... you'd think after all this time they'd be better at presenting their changes and updates to the community... I am sure that those stupid acts if done at any serious fortune 500 company or hell any major company concerned with their PR and presentation wouldn't be working there for long. they make some $$$ I don't know why they don't have a professional PR person. The other jerk "Limp Bicuit" ? Last time I was in any way active enough to remember any names there was when Budda was there. (budda something) He was cool at least while I was reasonably active there. (pre-ritualclarity avatar time) I left for a year or so after deleting my account(s) and then returned back to the modding scene again as this alien SOB... lol (Funny story, this alien avatar wasn't created off the bat it was on LL with some of the for fun post that it developed. True story. There were cats trying to take over the world from the aliens and the aliens taking over the world from the cats. You can guess which won... lol... hint cats)

I am shocked that they haven't shut down that thread much earlier than this. They are on Page 20 about a page past when you stated the above. It is very possible that they ban you sad to say. After all, you were removed from Contributor Status already. Also, they have banned people for less. Sad, really. This is an emotional and stressful time for those that rely on Nexus so there will be some serious things said. Somethings that might not be what they want to hear. Might be out of line etc. etc. Banning someone for actions on one thread is just plain petty IMO. As far as I have seen, you have been well inside the rules and well in control of the "Drama" that they follow for a very long time. IMO if they ban you, it will be because they looked around and said to each other.. finally, this should be a good enough excuse to ban him now. When in fact, ,they are just as much at fault as anyone that gets out of line on that thread (following their rules) as they allowed that thread to boil and fester until it happened. Not their normal practice. At least here, I can not see us banning someone because they blew up on on thread post... that is the difference between this site and LL

Hey, if someone is cool with what they are doing (Nexus) then fine.. accept it and move on. If they aren't, then stop bitching about it.. and move on. All they need to do is make sure there is enough vaccines to fill the needs of those that want it. Make sure in those areas of low population there is some way to help those get it. (like American Indians on reservations and populations deep in the woods like Alaska and such) Job done.

Without training.... I don't know about Texans but.. if it was up by where I live... that is DANGEROUS... people would be shooting themselves in the foot/leg just pulling out the dam gun. Yes, they are that stupid. (At least where I live. ) Nobody should operate a gun without reasonable competence with it. IMO but .. from my experience if there is a stupid thing that can be done.... most around where I live will do that stupid thing. So who all here is moving to Texas now? lol

I'd think they'd upload it to their own site or a site of someone that is part of the project. However, they might just upload it to Nexus as they do have more exposure.

All his "Drama" could have been addressed with a reasonable process for legacy mods that have been there before this came into effect. Log on as a mod content creator, get the prompt option to address the issue, keep, hide think, and remove mods. Then if/when something came up in the legal department, it would show that he is addressing the issue in a reasonable manner .. placing a month then shoving the new process down the pike isn't right considering some authors might not be active and/or be able to see the new changes. Sure, their TOS states they can change theTOS as needed without warning.. but correct me if I am wrong. Major changes that effect the intellectually rights of others (copyright etc as well) needs to be navigated carefully. The fuck all attitude will only cause him to loose some of the assets, when a reasonable approach might slow down his agenda to take over all the mods of the world, but would be more member/user/author friendly, cause less problems in the long run and ... drum roll, help keep some that might leave just because of his actions. After all. There will be new mods uploaded there all the time. This isn't going to stop. There will be Nexus fan boys (girls, or preferred pronouns ) regardless of what they do.

that's easy enough. .. just create a puppet account through a vpn and a fake email address. done. LL still imo has some hope of improvement. Nexus, doesn't. I go there for the mods. Leave due to the community... lol However, @Doublezero was right.. that link he had above has some spicy conversations... enough of all this as I actually have a real life Fun to laugh at until you realize it is slowly creeping thorough the entire gaming community...
