How to obtain: You can find the gear in a barrel in the alley way between Arcadia's Cauldron and Belethor's General Goods. You can also obtain the items using a console command using the names below.     Bethesda copied the code directly from Skyrim and Fallout without even changing what was in the comment section. They weren't even trying to hide it.

    @24:09 Final Fantasy XI solved this problem by capping the player's level during the battle. Final Fantasy XI was released in 2002. Do they not play other games?
