The Japanese national criminal law states age of consent is 13 so it makes sense that that materials are available there.
However:
SpoilerThere are various local municipalities and such that have laws that protect older children to be more in line with western culture. More in line with actual sex with a youth not the materials so far as I can tell from documentation. So those that go there with those thoughts will soon end up in jail if they act on it.

It is set up correctly but having a problem I didn't notice with msvp110.dll. missing. Perhaps I need the injector version.

Double checked and it shows the correct path, went back and used browse and found the path and selected it. It should be good. I will go through again and to those steps.

Also when installing the 2k Legacy of the Dragonboarn there are some selections available and not sure of the direction you are going in. so far I believe it is the "integrated Mods/None" option. However there are many settings and options and no info on which to choose to get the desired results with your tutorials

I fired up the game after Phase IV was done and now have a windowed section, is this intended. If so it is too big and can't see the entire screen. I had it set up non windowed. Don't remember changing that in the settings as doing this tutorial.

That will also keep me away for the time being. Expecially with cards having more and more Vram. That is crazy.

I wouldn't if you have a perfect setup for yourself with 7. I am not. Also some state there is a Vram limitation with Windows 10.

That is fictional creature not actual creature that is likely the reason it was allowed. Same would be if there was a mod with Aliens from well Aliens having sex. They aren't real creatures. I believe that is a loophole. I see some of this pop up at Nexus from time to time and nothing happen.

From Purity through the end of the tutorial for Phase III there are lnks but many choices for them. Which is the ones we are suppose to have or the ones you have to best mirror your results.

Nope. I Ctl F5 to refresh and still get what you are showing on the capture. Also the link you have isn't direct. You have to navagate through the site to find the download page.

I went back and reworked the spINI and it removed the General entry on the top however reading down I get this

I can't speak for the entire staff but I can say personally I am pleased that we are able to help provide a way to allow you to go back to your roots in an environment that I hope you will come to love.
I can chime it but would only do harm as I don't know anything about the Oblivion bodies and TS community/work. I do know however and can attest that if you hear Oblivion, TS you soon will hear about Happysparkles. The shear quality of the work is amazing regardless of your preferences or taste. I have watched her work and skill grow over the several years I have known of her and her work and it just keeps on getting better. I suspect now that she is returning back to her roots it will just keep on getting better in time to come.
If you love Oblivion and want TS content you'd do yourself a great service by checking out what she has to offer.

Hello, glad to see you finally made it to the introduction thread... lol. (for those wondering Sundancer was on the chat for a very long time :)). The text I highlighted in green makes me so happy :). That sums up all that anyone can expect from someone on a forum. I am also not a modder but have the games and experience in adding mods and even many of the general concepts of the actual process of modding. I obtained this quite frankly from "be willing to should the opportunity arise". Started with simple answers for stuff I learned or experienced and moved from there. You'd be surprise at how much you can learn if you are willing to try.
