She IS a goofy cunt.  About every 6 months she 'bans' me.  Funny thing is I haven't had an account there since 2013.  I've physically moved twice and I've had at least 6 different IPs since then.  Even if I did have an account there she wouldn't know the name or IP.  If she wants to pretend she's banning me I'm okay with that, other than it gives the impression I want an account there...which I don't.  And if there is a mod there I want/need I have friends who'll download it for me.
