We have done it before ... There are people that have spent and are currently spending time in Jail for doing stupid shit at the place I work. Visitors as well as employees.  It is a shame that most places are afraid to push their rights when faced with such actions due to possible repercussions from social networks.  It only serves to empower and embolden such individuals.

Fortunately for the most part in what I do.. I don't have to deal with such stupidity.
