Stop seeking validation, this isn't LL damn it. One warning for you for miss posting. :D

This isn't LL true... but wrong in we don't give warnings and shit for miss posting ;)

If that was the case... then you'd get one for going off topic and back seat moderating.... :P

And another warning for sarcasm in the wrong thread.  If we're gonna waste our time doing the LL micromangament thing then get it fucking right.

Now Korea and Japan have a big issue.
48 girls from Korea and 48 girls from Japan gather together to perform a global audition program for 96 people
http://produce48.mnet.com/
I supported 宮崎 美穂 (Miyazaki Miho) in the Mnet produce48 program. Many Koreans like this Japanese girl
In the ninth round, MIHO ranked first, and I was thrilled
This program is to make a debut of the singer by voting for himself
Many Japanese singers hope to debut in Korea
When they debut in Korea, they become a successful K-pop idol singer
They also earn bigger revenues than Japan.
On August 31, 20 finalists will be confirmed in Korea.

I hope my favorite girl will make her debut in Korea as a singer

There are a lot of k-pop YouTube channel with millions of subscribers on youtube
Many people earn youtube revenues of $ 10,000~  a month.
Nowadays, people run k-pop youtube rather than work at work

The first place in the total number was Jang won young
I cheered on Lee ga uen, but she was eliminated.

Here's one of my favorite feel good songs of my childhood back in the 70's. Didn't know its title back then, had no clue about who composed it. I still remembered it years later and eventually managed to find it when the Internet became a thing...

and it still makes me feel good... :D

A lot of people like the popular music of the 80's, but I think the 80's was when quality started to go downhill (largely thanks to MTV), especially in the late 80's. Overall, aside from a bunch of film scores, the music of the 90's and beyond is basically cancer, but people don't seem to care.

Here's a tiny but rather telling example. One is a 1979 disco song by Sister Sledge, the other is a rap song, or whateverthatis, from the 90's with no melody of its own, other than the guitar loop ripped off from the 79 song. Guess which one is more popular. There are many more *songs* like this.

Things are even worse these days as people seem to have run out of well known and popular things to rip off, and they now use relatively unknown old stuff from international artists. As I've said many times, there's been a rather obvious crisis in all creative areas in art, including movies and video games.

I don't care what song it's in...you'll get me every time with Jazz Flute! That is a sound from the 70s/early 80s that I miss terribly!

Does anybody remember the movie, Saturn 3? Watched it in a theater when I was a kid. It was pretty scary with that creepy robot, Hector. Could only see it once, but its music has stuck with me ever since...

What were the first ever TV shows, movies or music that you used to watch or listen to on your own, when you were a kid?
These were some of mine back in the early 70s...
      TV shows...
It was all B&W... It's funny how I can still remember their music...
My first ever cassette was given to me by my father were a compilation of sorts. It was an orange BASF which looked like this...
One side was ABBA the other was Neil Diamond... 😀
Movies are hard to remember as you'd only watch them once, as there were no DVDs not even VHS back then. 😀

This is about Witcher III. It is awesome. What is also awesome is some of the Parodies that come up from video clips put together. Below is one such video.
