I don't see the tool kit coming out at all.. at least not for the next year or more. Also, nobody stated how or what that "tool kit" will be and exactly what will be able to be done with it.

Sony is correct with the dlisting. He is having fun with the game.. like me. Even with the bugs. (however, I don't have the same seriousness of bugs that he is stating. I go for over 2 hours before a major bug that stopped me from playing. I have to go to previous saves after about 6~7 hours.

https://comicbook.com/gaming/news/the-witcher-3-sales-platform-breakdown-which-system-sold-most/ Other than the first year... PCs had the largest amount of sales for Witcher 3. (per platform ) This above report is similar to the rest of the reports that I have seen. I wasn't talking about combined platforms (consoles ) If they needed to focus for a release on one platform it would be sensible to release to the PC platform first. Finally they already had an occurrence where they released something on a platform much later (Nintendo Switch) I can't see why they wouldn't do this unless they were afraid the hype machine would fizzle once someone had a chance to see the actual game and how bad the GTA options were.

Leave a room or restart a save you will see NPCs that were laying down (even dead) or sitting .. in the standing (possibly even T pose Then quickly be put back in place. that is quite jarring.. IMO>

You honestly don't need that exploit.. you can make mad cash constantly there are so many jobs around that pay well that you will be able to easily buy whatever hardware from cyber to weapons .. Besides, unless you are hacking, you need Street Cred to get some of the best hardware regardless of the money. (didn't watch the rest of the video I am aware of the money exploit. ) I have crafted so many items at one time (300+ health items alone with many other things ) at one setting on one save and never had a problem. Mosts of these videos are likely from those that have hacked their saves (or saved over and over again on the same save) I am on discord server where there are several people playing the game. All of them, I am pretty sure are running hacked games. there were great discussions on how to get this and that hacking the game. ALL OF THEM ARE HAVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS LIKE SOME OF THE VIDEOS BEING PLAYED. Problems I don't experience at all and we are al doing the same missions and points at the same time on the same patch. Not saying it isn't bug free. Oh there are enough there but I haven't yet experienced the amount that they are shoing on the videos. I'd have to compress 50 hours of bugs and problems into 5 minutes to get that level of issues. the top video is a true possible experience. I have had some issues with the visual responses from enemies. this has been a constant. I haven't done that mission however it looks like the player was suppose to discuss something with the guard (possibly part of the mission) Some of the missions you are suppose to do down low. Some without much fanfair etc. Some be as bloody as possible. For the Psychos you aren't suppose to kill them (they are the toughest you will meet at any level you are at. ) you kill them you don't get paid much at all. Sometimes the fixer will criticize you if you go all murder hobo on some mission or quest. this is likely one of those. The game isn't very flexible on some points that are expected. The first one you get after your character is introduced to Jackie and the cut scene.. if you kill the boss guy with the large machine gun before Jackie gets a chance to ram into him and knock him down to beat on him.. you can't progress. This is one point that upsets me. We were told that we could do the missions how we want. In many case that is true but the case with Jackie and likely the case above.. are examples were this isn't the case. (to be clear don't mind less money if I go out of mission parameters. That is very different than if I have a chance to take down the boss and hve to stand around holding my pecker wasting for the NPC to do his/her thing. ) The video directly above is likely from someone that is cheating in the game. Using the hacks that have been given causes serious Bethesda level, and then some issues.

The traffic is true from GTA haven't tested the NPCs swimming or the firehydrant or even the grenades. I hvae shot out the windows of a car and the NPC got out and ran several dozen feet then crouched. LOL I haven't even thought about hitching a ride on the car.. that is funny as hell and ther is a time that you don't a have a car.. It is true that last video on the cars and how things are playing. It is pretty bad ...

That's cool. No problems at all. It case it wasn't I wanted people to actually KNOW that I didn't BUY THE GAME! That according to all the negative press I wouldn't have either. Finally personally I think it isn't a horrible game and the concept is pretty cool. They got some pretty good scenes and some funny interactions that can be obtained with various life paths. It isn't the quality of a game we come to expect from CD Project Red.. which since it is a new engine I'd tend to give them the benefit of the doubt.. but seriously.. their pickup on the consoles and how bad it is being reported.. if it is even half as bad as that.. they need to be seriously flogged. I don't view this game. (once all the bugs have been ironed out which I do have faith that they will do, is worth more than ~35 dollars or so. However, they haven't given us the DLCs. some of the bests times I had with the Witcher was on the DLCs. There is aplace you can go that has the highway completely blocked with comments that hint there might be a nice new DLC going there once they take care of their dam mess with the consoles.. I hvae talked with some PC users on the game and they are having a good time and arent' concerned with the consoles .. I remind them that the more time they fuck with the consoles to get them up and working properly is more time they can't spend on giving us PC users the DLCs and other goodies! so we are getting fucked in any case. Dam.. this sucks. The issue is I am running it from hardware that was released in 2012 with a 1080Ti nothing mind blowing and not having an issue. It is a solid rig but by no means super or even something someone would want to use today for gaming. (I don't, I want to upgrade! but can't no money ) I do agree with the console issue. That shouldn't ever have happened and their actions with the preview copies just shows that many .. most likely those up high were quite aware of the games quality on the consoles. As this commentator states.. It is a buggy mess but not so much that it distracts from my play (often. I play about 4 hours and have to reboot it to get past a glitch that is messing things up ) about 2 times. That is way better than a fully patched and updated Fallout NV or even Skyrim! I am enjoying it and have put another 4 hours in after I have finished work and checking this site (since I am a moderator.. have my duties to preform! lol) I have repeated several of the low level missions multiple times and have done it differently many of those time. Haven't gotten board of those yet. Again, I wouldn't advise it to be purchased at the full price. It isn't a 60 dollar game in any way. I doubt it will be 60 dollars even once the game is fully patch and running great. It just isn't worth it. I can tell you that m y personal experience isn't as bad as most if not all the reviewers have claimed the game is. Most of the time things are running quite well and working great. (glitches and such.. not the poor design of car tracking and such ) There is a mission where you kill pyschos these are super armored individuals with terrific cyber enhancements and built in armor. They are tough. however, I have went through 3 of them so far one fo them I was fighting and went .. Where did she go? WTF? Looking around and realized I mowed her down lol There are also settings .. kind of like they hve in witcher.. if you set the game up on super hard.. you will get your ass handed to you. However, you are correct that unlike Witcher. it is harder to justify some of the fight scenes even with the above. Some of those glitches were early.. Haven't experienced any shooting through walls recently after the patch. There is still an issue with spawning but it is mostly cars and NPCs ijn crowds.

You stated my point.. they made the majority of their money historically on PC platform. 3/4ths of their money according to your statement was from PC. My point was PC gamer are those that are most likely to support their company at least currently. They are also the largest purchaser of the game so far from what I have heard. True, they aren't going leave money on the table (not support console users) I agree 100% but that isnt' what I was trying to get across. Their fan base is mostly PC. The PC is t he game that is the most stable and running (if talking about Sony consoles lol.. ) I wouldn't go as far as state the game should have been a PC exclusive but it should have been the one they released first then worked out the kinks and get some good revenue and then release it on the consoles. Hell, they can release them on one at a time. Other companies do so. (however, this only points the finger even more that they were going for a cash grab.) Didn't want to delay the consoles longer like they did the PC versions. The Hype machine wouldn't work as much. The game isn't the game that they were trying to hype about. Look at me all you want @driftscape I didn't pre-order it. It was my birthday present from someone. Since the hype was so good and this is the type of game I would enjoy (and so far have over 40 hours in playing it ) they bought it for me. It was a very nice gesture. I appreciated it. If you read my previous post I mentioned that. I believe I am the only person here in the conversation that has the actual game to play it and have real world experience with the PC game. To be honest it isn't as bad as Fallout NV or Fallout 4 when released (got both on release) In fact it is better than Fallout 4 on release for me s I had some setting issues that I had to resolve before I could get it to run properly. Nothing game breaking but .. it took a bit of searching for the info. some T poses, the NPC AI isn't all that good for this gen game. The cars aren't up to the level of GTA (early years even) a few performance issues but they are getting better with the first patch alone. The biggest problem I have is if I have an escort mission .. the NPC sometimes gets confused and stands there until I save and reload. There is also some annoying pop ups that just dont' go away but after I re-verified the cache I haven't even gotten those. Is the game the quality that was expected.. oh hell no. However, other than a few occasions in my 41 plus hours of playing it since day one... It hasn't been half bad. I wouldn't pay the full price for the game but once they fix some of the above bugs and such it might be an OK game at around 25~30 dollars if you are really in to this type of game. The concerns I have is how far will they go to make it better... Is this the something they will learn from and not repeat (the black out for the consoles and such) or will they continue down the road that EA and other game companies have gone on. I hope it is the former and not the latter however, I believe they will start to do the very same thing for all their releases now. to screw up this bad on the consoles, showing signs that they were purposely trying to hid the fact they were horrendous... is a very bad sign IMO.

Do you have the game? I can tell you on the PC even with my old hardware it isn't as bad as what some are stating. On the console.. it might be but not the PC.. At least so far. Also, the intro, boot time, start time and even the first major mission after you start.. (the one that you see the videos about with the woman in the tub) actually runs better and was far more challeging. I had a major glitch previously when I ran through it which didn't let me finish.. however this time the glitch didn't happen. I repeated it twice even with another character and it was working. They are patching it.. however, it seems like mostly preformance and such is being worked on.. which is a shame as there are some bugs like a t pose woman at Lizzies a bar you have to go through in the main mission. which hasn't been fixed even now. I agree. They needed to be more clear and if needed to not sell the Xbox/Playstation until later. Sure they might have lost some on the hype but they would have kept their good faith. It wouldn't have been as bad of a response from the community. I disagree. I believe the majority of their money comes from the PC gamer not the console gamer. The numbers that I have seen shows this. I believe even having consoles versions is just an attempt for them to cover all their bases. They really should have just focused on the PC then released ti to the consoles once they were settled on the PC first. I don't find the PC orders being higher than consoles .. PC has always been CD Project Red's primary customer at least as far as I have seen. Yes.. keep those reviews in mind if it is a PC vs a Console game. Most of the complaints are from Console. the thing that sucks.. with the console issues, is that they will likely be spending more time and efforts to get a stable and functional game play on console. I wonder if CD Project Red went to bat for those customers if Sony would refund.. or if t here was some way that that info coudl be given over to CD Project Red and they can give c credit or something to the customers. Ideally still allowing them access to the game going forward. An apology to their horrible acts towards those players. that would be a very nice way to address this and imo help gain some rep back.

yes adn they aren't even showing the walking of some of the NPCs. I honestly don't mind the interactions of the civilians in the game. They did some changes that I can tell since the the game released. The first mission was crazy easy so easy I went and killed the mini bos that had a requirement to be taken down by Jackie (the partner) so it fucked the rest of the mission. lol. This time there were more enemies and they are getting smarter. No smarter than a toaster but.. I'll take some improvement over nothing. And.. they still have the Tpose character on yet another start of a character. Oh, I do hope the citizens will get a backbone and improve their interactions and (attack if really provoked ) instead of just running.

the thing is I think of the Xbox S and such as being the current gen and the Xbox One being the previous generation myself. Not giving CDProject Red a get out of jail card of course. They should have stated that it wasn't optimized for Xbone one and Playwithyourselfstation 4. under any circumstance. It works even on my old ass hardware (PC) well enough. I get 2k and can go 40~60 fps pretty stable. It works even on my old ass hardware (PC) well enough. I get 2k and can go 40~60 fps pretty stable. Not sure why it isn't having better results on the newest gen hardware. They released an updated driver right on the day of release. The animations are pretty jerky and bad. Witcher fight scenes for hand to hand was much smoother. Several animations look like firsst passes or placecards for the final rework once things gelled. Not the final release. The movement of the cars (and there are lots of them) is not good. Old ass GTA games have better systems in place. One thing that has happened and still after staring at least a second time and checking is a chick at Lizzies bar second level is in a T pose. I was interacting with a character and an NPC glided across the floor instead of walking. There are screens that pop up telling you info that stick there until I save and reload. this happens often. One of the NPC that you interact with and helps you gets in the dam way and stands there and all the dynamite in the world wont' move him. Have to.. you guessed it.. save and reload. The life paths basically give you some extra convo that you don't get and different reactions in the game with some NPCs. Mostly not making much of a difference. I hope the ending cut scenes will make up for the lack of difference between the lifepaths. I had three going at once and I accidentally chose a different life path than I wanted... well I didn't notice it until a convo prompt came up showing me a option for the lifepath. yes, you have different starts. Nomad is the longest and most indepth. Then you have the Street kid and Copo. Less . might be good to get your head cannon in order but doesn't do what I expected it to be with how it was discribed. As for the last post above where they postphoned the game so they could get the PS$ and Xbox ONe better.. I h ave two thoughts one was .. I would hate to see how bad it was before according to the reviews and 2.. why the fuck wait? Just release those when they are ready. Only reason to not wait is the hype would be gone and they would loose potential $$$ as they were working that hype machine. It isn't horrible but it isn't great either. It isn't witcher level quality (disclamer.. I got the game a few years after it was released so it was well reworked by then even had all the DLcs added and done. )

The cars do disappear and spawn un-necessarily IMO. I had one behind me when I got in the car. Turned around and it was a truck... The main thing however that really breaks my game play is when I see 2 clones ... OFTEN just feet apart. Look I get it. They can't create millions of different NPCs but .. DAMM! I don't remember any of the GTA or other games from so many years ago having clones so close to gether. There are some touching moments and some pretty good writing from time to time but .... not as much as I expected and not as original or even varied as found in Witcher (3 is my experience but I heard they did excellently on the others as well in this regard) Finally, they seem to have brought some of that Witcher style music into this punk world. (for fights etc) I don't want to spoil it for anyone with any details and the like but... it is noticeable.

Jackie one of the main characters you have to deal with for the main quest bugged out on me today on my second play through on that section( different life path) Had to go back to previous saves (2 back to be exact) to get him back to working. Not sure what the problem was except I used the phone to try to call him (part of the game) and he didn't respond.. then when I went to him( 50 feet away) he wasn't there. The first time he was there but the NPCs weren't responding finally the second time he was there and working. Now being with the game since the beginning.. I can say they have done some improvements seemingly daily. V's car which is like Roach on Witcher, did actually drive up this time properly on one of the times I called it. previously nothing happen until I looked around and it likely spawned. The comments about bartenders and such are true. I have tried to converse just to even get a drink from a place.. (not expecting them to create complex AI's for all the bartenders and other service personal.. there are literally likely 1000's of them. But it could be reasonable for them to offer some simple things .. not the full thing main ones do but something. Even if it is only a prompt for a drink and you have no choice. There are 1000's and 1000's of NPCs. way more than I can remember on any other games. I can't fault them for not having conversations for all the random NPCs. the current major issue is the issue mentioned where things seem to spawn if you are paying attention. Now for the controls.. the controls seem to be clunky and the interface is as well. That was my experience with Witcher as well so I was expecting that. Also, understanding bests or even good combos and such is difficult along with how to solve many of the interactions you are given.. which was a Witcher thing as well so understandable. All in all even with all the gripes and such. It is more enjoyable than many of the new games I have gotten. Namely Fallout 4 (and likely Fallout 76) NOt as polished as Outer Worlds which I enjoyed for a while but, interesting in that the game doesn't give you much in the way of answers to how best to do something. Currently they are working on making the game more stable as it feels like that in any case. The starting of the game has greatly improved in speed. First day etc was a pain to get into the game. Now it is reasonable and seems to be getting more inline with the expectations of the rest of the modern games. I would like them to continue to flesh out the characters that you would meet (service providers and such) more. Work on the AI for Cars.. (they actually do go around the car.. or at least spawn out as I came back after blocking traffic and the cars were different) would be nice. Haven't experienced the police chases or races yet.

I got it as a gift. It isn't as good as the hype made it to be. the reports from reviewers state the graphics are lower than the promos early on. (however, likely due to not being able to sell to as many people as they would with some lower specs. maybe updated that later) The options to create a character seem pretty good. The preset aren't great but a decent start. I was able to find two different characters with a few tweeks without too m uch effort. didn't look like a retard from Mass Effect Andromeda (especially the women) the feel of the guns are OK.. I have a better time with a handgun as opposed to the machine gun( too much recoil on my character) Those that like to not be coddled will enjoy this as there are very few hints. I am on a section where the only option is if you actual look at something at a specific time and there are no hints to this. I have practiced one yesterday to get the feel of the game and how to do things. and today. There are definitely different solutions so far that you can do. Also appears that your life path does make a difference. One of the quest I am on my life quest prompt came up and made a difference. They also from my understanding make a difference in different ways. However, it isn't horrible. It is more challenging and hands off like Witcher as opposed to those games that give you the answer and floating arrows and shit so that you can find out what to do. I ahve missed several things the first 2 hours playing that I caught the second time through Just because I didn't do something at a specific time. Much like Witcher. the tools are there and ready.. it is up to you to make use of them. If you really liked Witcher but want a guns and future type game. You'd pretty much get Witcher when it first came out with some of its bugs and such.So far my only major complaint is it takes so long to boot up once you start the game.

If they.. the politicians made sense and followed their own rules and set an example (for those that want more extreme protections for Covid) then it would be much less likely for such an outcry IMO. The left and right and very Covid fearing and those that think it is just a strong flu can mostly agree that this is shit. Again IMO. You can only shovel shit so much until some gets on you. These politicians are getting shit on them now after shoveling so much for so long. They deserve it. Hope they have something to fall back on when they aren't re-elected. Of this I am very sure they won't. Where I live someone gave some shit tax that everybody was outraged for. Made no sense and was only a money grab.. well.. a short time later, her ass is out. Can't even get enough signatures to even run much less votes to win.
-
LOL.. he has nice 1776 cups behind him.. They have a problem. They don't follow their own rules. They don't /can't show where or how their rules will impact or improve the rules. All of this just causes / invites a backlash regardless of how good/bad their rules might or might not be. Being stupid.. not following their own rules and not making it clear how something is helping ... is a recipe for rebellion. I can't blame a single person for that. Below they shut down a restaurant and then allowed a TV producer to have an outdoor event right next to her.

Excellent. Still take care Shortness of Breath can still be a very bad thing and you can slip back. (not into Covid but have a serious lung issue with it) Good to hear your Mother is doing better. Good that she finally went in for the treatment that she very likely needed to keep her health. Best wishes on your and your mother's quick recovery.
